DREW COZBY

Mr. Cozby currently serves as CFO of WildFire Energy and previously served as CFO of WildHorse Resource Development, Memorial Resource Development, Memorial Production Partners, and Greystone Oil & Gas.

Mr. Cozby holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Houston. He is also a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law (J.D.), the University of Houston Law Center (LL.M., energy and natural resources law), and Harvard Business School (advanced management program).

Further, Mr. Cozby currently serves on the Advisory Council for the Master of Science in Finance program for the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and is a Board member of the Houston Producer’s Forum.
