SCOTT RICE

Scott Rice joined Riverbend in 2008 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, focused on engineering, business development, and strategy functions across active portfolios and platform companies.

Previously, Mr. Rice served in reservoir and production engineering roles across multiple basins at Pioneer Natural Resources. Prior to joining Riverbend, Mr. Rice was elevated into an investor relations role within Pioneer, collaborating with Pioneer senior management and external research/investor parties in the private and public company arena.

Mr. Rice holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. Energy companies that Mr. Rice has served and/or serves on the Board of Directors of Riverbend and Royal Resources. Furthermore, he serves on the Board of The Galveston Bay Foundation, Corps of Cadets Association, and Walk & Roll for Spinal Cord Injuries Foundation.
